All pilots must meet specific requirements before renting our aircraft. The checkout process is straightforward and ensures you are qualified for the aircraft you plan to fly.

Submit Required Documents

Provide your valid FAA pilot’s license, current medical certificate, proof of renter’s insurance, and a government-issued photo ID.

Step 2
Aircraft Familiarization

Fly with one of our instructors for a checkout session. This ensures familiarity with the aircraft’s systems, avionics, and operating procedures.

Step 3
Rent for Practice or Pleasure

Once approved, you can request aircraft reservations and begin renting based on availability and your approved aircraft types.

Yes. All pilots must complete a checkout with our staff to review aircraft systems, avionics, and safety procedures. This ensures you’re approved to fly the specific aircraft you select. You must also provide a valid FAA pilot certificate, current medical certificate, government-issued photo ID, and a completed rental agreement.

Yes. Rentals can be scheduled for extended trips as long as the pilot meets checkout requirements and the aircraft is approved for the intended flight.

Once you submit your required documents and complete your checkout flight with an instructor, you can begin renting aircraft immediately, subject to availability.
